The Comune di Ercolano has opened a public selection for two administrative officials in the Area dei Funzionari e dell'Elevata Qualificazione, offering full-time fixed-term contracts lasting 36 months.
The recruitment concerns Ambito Territoriale n. 29 and is financed through the Fondo Povertà, according to both the local-press report and the official inPA notice.
How the selection works
The procedure evaluates qualifications and an oral interview. Metropolis Web reports that no written test is planned.
The oral interview requires at least 21 points out of 30. Subjects include administrative law, local authorities, social policies, publicly funded projects, public employment, English and basic computer applications.
One of the two posts is preferentially reserved for a volunteer of the Italian armed forces.
Who can apply
Eligible qualifications include degrees in legal services, political science, economics, sociology, administration and related equivalent degrees.
Applications must be submitted through the inPA portal by 23:59 on 15 October 2026.
The application requires a 16 euro fee, payable through PagoPA or bank transfer.
What happens after the selection
The final ranking remains valid for three years from approval and may, subject to agreement, be used by other local-authority administrations.
