Coldiretti Campania has a new regional director: Roberto Mazzei, 44, from Montella in the province of Avellino.
Mazzei succeeds Salvatore Loffreda, who died suddenly the previous week at the age of 69. His appointment takes immediate effect, placing him in operational charge of the regional agricultural organisation.
According to the local report, Mazzei holds a degree in Agricultural Sciences and has worked as an agricultural entrepreneur. Before the appointment, he led Coldiretti Campania's economic area and served as head of Innovation and AKIS.
