The Campania Region has activated a new online procedure for grants supporting exterior architectural lighting of regional monuments. The digital service is available at https://servizi-digitali.regione.campania.it/IlluminazioneMonumenti.
Applications may be submitted from 08:00 on 16 October 2026 until 14:00 on 26 October 2026.
The funding supports only exterior architectural lighting interventions. According to the Region, projects must highlight architectural features, improve urban safety, and meet criteria for energy saving, efficiency and sustainability.
Eligible applicants are Local Authorities and Managing Bodies responsible for monumental properties owned by public entities and intended for public use. Each entity may submit one application for one intervention.
The grant is non-repayable and covers up to 70% of the total eligible cost, with a maximum of 49,000 euros per intervention. Total resources available for the 2026 financial year amount to 400,000 euros. Applications will be processed in chronological order of submission until funds are exhausted.
Applications must be filed online by the entity's legal representative or by a formally authorized delegate, using SPID, CIE or CNS authentication. Required documentation, including the Technical-Economic Feasibility Project and any delegation, must be uploaded in PDF format; where specified, a qualified electronic signature in PAdES format is required.
The call was approved by Director's Decree No. 149 of 14 September 2026, which names Domenico Renella as procedure manager. Applicants should consult the full 2026 Notice for complete documentation requirements and grounds for exclusion.
