Filomena Di Mezza, provincial commissioner of Azione, has appointed Carmine Passante as the party's civic commissioner for Sant'Agata de' Goti, according to NTR24.
Passante is a tax adviser with prior political experience, including roles as provincial secretary and president of UDC youth, activity in the local PD circle, and engagement in the Sant'Agata de' Goti area.
Di Mezza presented the appointment as part of Azione's effort to strengthen its territorial presence in the Province of Benevento.
Passante said he joined Azione to contribute to the future of the local area, pledging a politics based on seriousness, practicality and listening. He said he wants to build a group open to discussion, ideas and participation, focused on the interests of the Sant'Agata de' Goti community.
