Futuridea will represent the Sannio at Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2026 in Turin, bringing the area's experience in biodiversity, sustainability, innovation and local-community development to the international event.
The organization will be represented by Francesco Nardone, its Institutional Relations Manager. His contribution is scheduled for Thursday 24 September at 19:00, during the meeting "Il grano, l'acqua, i mulini, le mani delle donne."
The session will focus on the relationship between agriculture, food culture, traditional knowledge and communities. Also listed as participants are Gabriele Setti of the Associazione Italiana Amici dei Mulini Storici and Viviana Sirigu of the Comunità delle donne del pane dei centenari di Cagliari.
The theme reflects a broad understanding of biodiversity, encompassing not only foods but also knowledge, cultures, traditions and communities.
Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2026 is scheduled in central Turin from 24 to 27 September, coinciding with the 40th anniversary of Slow Food Italia.
