Avellino will run an urban shuttle to the city cemetery for three days around All Saints' Day, from October 31 through November 2. The service was authorised by Air Campania following a request from the Comune di Avellino.

The shuttle links the Autostazione di via Fariello with the cemetery. The service comprises eight runs per day in total: four outbound trips and four return trips.

Timetable

Outbound departures from the Autostazione di via Fariello are scheduled for:

  • 08:30
  • 10:30
  • 14:30
  • 16:30

Return departures from the cemetery are scheduled for:

  • 09:30
  • 11:30
  • 15:30
  • 17:30

Each outbound departure is paired with a return about one hour later, with a longer gap in the middle of the day between the late-morning and mid-afternoon runs.

Route and authorisation

The route connects the cemetery with several central streets, including Corso Europa, Piazza Libertà, Piazza Kennedy and Via Carducci. The available sources describe these streets as part of the outbound and return routes; they do not publish an official stop-by-stop sequence.

The additional service was authorised by Air Campania after a request from the Comune di Avellino, according to local-press reporting.

What to know before you go

The published reports do not specify the fare, ticketing arrangements, or whether reservations are required. They also do not state accessibility features or vehicle capacity, or whether times may change in case of traffic or operational disruption.

Visitors planning to use the shuttle should allow time for the morning and afternoon gaps in the schedule: after the 11:30 return from the cemetery, the next outbound trip from the bus station is at 14:30. No official timetable with estimated arrival times at intermediate points along the route has been published.
