Organized Napoli supporters displayed a protest banner about the cost of living shortly before the Serie A match between Napoli and Roma at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona in Naples.
According to Il Mattino, the banner read: "Negate il futuro ad una intera generazione tra rincari e tagli all'istruzione... la vera devastazione sono le vostre 'costose' poltrone." The message linked price increases and cuts to education to the future of younger generations, while directing criticism at politicians' expensive seats of power.
The report attributes the display to organized supporters associated with Curva A and Curva B, positioned together outside the Distinti section.
The available reporting does not independently verify which specific supporter groups produced and installed the banner, and no separate corroboration of its exact wording, placement, or timing was provided.
