Carabinieri from the Agerola station have placed a local man slightly over thirty under house arrest with an electronic bracelet.
The precautionary measure was issued by the preliminary-hearings judge of the Torre Annunziata court, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The man is under investigation for persecutory acts and aggravated personal injuries against his former partner. According to the report, the investigation began after the former partner filed a complaint approximately one month earlier.
The alleged conduct reportedly began in 2021 and continued in subsequent years.
The proceedings are at the preliminary-investigation stage. The investigated person cannot be considered guilty without a final conviction, and the allegations have not been established by a final judgment.
