Regione Campania has approved a public notice to strengthen cooperation between municipalities and Third Sector organizations working with citizens from non-EU countries. The measure was approved through management decree no. 157 of 5 October 2026 and published in BURC no. 54 on 7 October 2026.

The call supports projects that build local networks and improve services for third-country nationals across Campania.

Three action lines

The notice identifies three areas of activity:

  • Participation of young people with migrant backgrounds
  • Representation, active citizenship, and anti-discrimination initiatives
  • Linguistic and cultural mediation to support access to essential services

Who can apply

Eligible applicants are Third Sector entities registered in RUNTS for at least three years, with documented prior experience in immigration-related work.

Projects may be submitted by a single eligible entity or by a partnership of at least two eligible Third Sector entities.

Each proposal must include the formal participation of at least one municipality in Campania with relevant experience and active immigration services.

Funding and how to apply

Eligible project costs range from €10,000 to €20,000, with approved costs covered in full.

Applications must be submitted by the lead applicant or single proposer by certified email to [email protected].

The deadline is 16:00 on 30 October 2026. Late proposals are inadmissible.
