Regione Campania published a notice on 16 October 2026 concerning the Municipality of Amorosi, in the province of Benevento, opening the procedure for the imposition of a pre-expropriation constraint and the declaration of public utility for a photovoltaic project.
The project covers the construction and operation of a photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 28.327 MW and its associated connection works. The project proponent is SINERGIA GP12 S.r.l.
The notice is addressed to the owners of properties affected by the project. It starts the procedure that may lead to expropriation or the imposition of easements on the properties needed to build the related works. According to the notice, the pre-expropriation constraint will be imposed at the same time as project approval.
