The Campania Region has approved a public call for local projects designed to create personalized paths toward inclusion and autonomy for people with disabilities. The measure was approved by Dirigenziale Decree No. 280 of 24/07/2026.

The call is funded under the PR Campania FSE+ 2021–2027, Priority 3 Social Inclusion, Specific Objective ESO 4.11, Action 3.k.1, with a total allocation of 15 million euros.

Who the call is for

The beneficiaries of the call are the Territorial Ambiti of the Campania Region, acting individually or in associated form.

The final recipients are women, men and non-binary people with disabilities, resident in the territory of the relevant Ambito, with no age limit, who are taken in charge by local social and/or social-health services.

Objective: individual Life Projects

The projects must promote social inclusion, autonomy, self-determination and participation in community life through individual, personalized and participatory Progetti di Vita.

Eligible actions include multidimensional assessment, development of personal and social skills, educational and work inclusion, family support, housing autonomy, assistive technologies, tutoring, and coordination among services.

How the 15 million euros are divided

The financial structure has two parts:

  • 3 million euros, equal to 20% of the total resources, divided into fixed shares of 50,000 euros among the 60 Territorial Social Ambiti;
  • 12 million euros for the individual Progetti di Vita.

The planned duration of activities is 24 months, subject to possible extension.

Deadline and submission method

Proposals must be submitted exclusively by certified email to [email protected] by 23:59 on 30/09/2026.

The deadline applies to candidatures presented by the Territorial Ambiti.

What is not yet known

Admission results and the list of funded Ambiti are not yet available. The actual number of Progetti di Vita and final recipients will be defined in the candidatures and in the subsequent local implementation.

It is also not possible to establish from the documents acquired which territories will submit joint associated proposals or which specific services will be prioritized in each Ambito.
