Students from the IIS "A. M. Lombardi" in Airola are taking part in an Erasmus+ KA121 mobility programme in the VET sector, with a 28-day training experience divided between Seville and Malta.
The project provides 28 days in total: 26 days of effective traineeship and 2 travel days. The mobilities take place in Seville, Spain, and in Malta.
Fifteen trainees are participating, mainly from the ITE and MAT pathways, with representation from the Liceo Classico of Airola.
The traineeships are based on work-based learning and are designed to develop technical-professional, language, and transversal skills. Planned activities include social media management, business communication, reception and front office work, customer management, export marketing, and business internationalization.
Participants can also access personalized foreign-language courses through the European OLS platform. The project promotes the validation and certification of skills under the ECVET system.
The initiative forms part of the National Mobility Consortium led by the ITE "A. Gallo" of Aversa, together with the ISISS "P.S. Lener" of Marcianise and the IIS "A. M. Lombardi" of Airola.
Dedicated grants for the Fewer Opportunities category cover travel, accommodation, tutoring, and financial support for students facing economic, geographic, or learning-related disadvantages.
