Simone Feoli has been selected as Sustainability Leader and Western and Southern Europe Coordinator at the Global Wine Business Institute (GWBI), according to NTR24.
The appointment places Feoli in the governance of the GWBI sustainability group, where he will coordinate activities covering Western and Southern Europe. He represents Italy within the four-person international sustainability research group.
Feoli brings a research background focused on the wine sector. He has worked as a Research Fellow at the American Association of Wine Economists, with interests including value creation in the wine supply chain, sustainability, and wine tourism.
The GWBI is described as an international academic platform that connects researchers, businesses, professionals, and institutions working on wine-business research and knowledge sharing.
Feoli is also ONAV delegate for Avellino and Benevento and ONAV Campania coordinator.
