The Public Prosecutor's Office of Benevento has served a notice of conclusion of preliminary investigations on two partners living together in Bucciano: a 44-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman.
Both are originally from Sant'Agata de' Goti and are domiciled in Bucciano. They are under investigation for dealing in cocaine and for possession of a lethal explosive device.
According to the report, a search of their home allegedly uncovered cocaine and a precision scale hidden inside a box kept in a chest of drawers in the bedroom. The explosive device was allegedly found in a drawer of a fitted wall unit, in the passageway between the kitchen and the living room.
Following service of the notice, the two suspects have twenty days to request questioning, submit written statements, or exercise other rights provided by law. They are assisted by lawyer Vittorio Fucci.
The quantity of cocaine seized and further procedural developments have not been reported. A notice of conclusion of investigations is not a conviction.
