A road crash in Torre del Greco on the morning of Friday, September 18, ended with heavily damaged vehicles but no serious injuries reported.
The collision happened shortly before 8 a.m. on the road parallel to the Litoranea, a few dozen metres from the entrance on via Alcide De Gasperi, according to Metropolis Web.
The vehicles involved were a car and a Fiat Doblo van travelling in opposite directions. According to the initial report, the car allegedly struck the pavement and then rebounded into the opposite lane, colliding head-on with the oncoming van.
Both vehicles sustained extensive front-end damage in the impact.
