There is growing concern in Castellammare di Stabia for the disappearance of Catello Esposito, known as Lino.
The 80-year-old man left his home on Sunday, September 13, 2026, and has not been seen since. The appeal for information was issued by Penelope Campania.
At the time he left home, Esposito was wearing a light gray T-shirt, dark long sweatpants, and slippers.
He is described as about 170 centimeters tall and weighing about 55 kilos, with an unkempt beard and white hair.
A private surveillance video shows him walking alone in Via delle Puglie, heading toward Gragnano.
Search efforts have included dog units, with checks also extended to hospital facilities.
