Naples has formally established a twice-weekly market in Via Oliviero Zuccarini. The initiative will begin with a one-year experimental phase before definitive regulation by the City Council.

The market will operate every Thursday and Sunday from 07:00 to 15:00. It will have 99 stalls, each measuring 24 square metres.

The merchandise split will differ slightly by day. On Thursdays, 89 stalls will be assigned to non-food goods and 10 to food goods. On Sundays, 91 stalls will be assigned to non-food goods and 8 to food goods.

A public call for operators will be prepared by the Eighth Municipal District.

The reporting reviewed for this article does not specify the market's opening date, nor does it provide the publication date or application procedure for the public call. The effects on local commerce and residents will only be possible to assess after the experimental year.
