Napoli Basketball held a press conference to present four new members of its men's team: Kaleb Tarczewski, Zac Seljaas, Jack White and Assane Sankare.
The presentation centered on expectations for the club, coach Repesa and the upcoming season, with each player outlining his reasons for joining Napoli.
Tarczewski said he was happy to return to Italy and reunite with coach Repesa and strength-and-conditioning coach Giustino Danesi.
White described Napoli as an important club with an ambitious project and said he believed the team could have a successful season.
Seljaas said he had quickly developed a positive impression of the Napoli project. He added that Repesa had asked him to contribute his European-competition experience.
Sankare said he viewed Napoli as an opportunity to grow as both a person and a player while learning from experienced teammates.
Sankare joined Napoli on a multi-year contract after developing in Ferrara's youth system and playing for Rimini. Napoli's announcement cited his 2023–24 Adidas Next Generation Tournament averages of 14.8 points, 11 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game.
All four players are listed on the club's men's-team roster.
