Napoli Basketball has announced its Youth Program organizational structure for the 2026/27 season, confirming the coaching staff, support roles, and coordination with the club's first-team departments.
Massimo Costagliola Di Fiore leads the youth setup as Head Youth Team Coordinator. He will also serve as Head Coach of both the U19 Eccellenza and U17 Eccellenza teams.
Fabio Schisano is responsible for organization and logistics, while Alessandro Pepe serves as Youth Housing Manager and Assistant Coach for U14 Gold.
Coaching assignments by team
For U19 Eccellenza, Costagliola Di Fiore is supported by Assistant Coaches Andrea Calvi and Roberto Maggio. Calvi also assists with the U17 Eccellenza team.
The U17 Eccellenza staff includes Costagliola Di Fiore as Head Coach, with Luca Gianfrancesco, Andrea Calvi, and Francesco Salzano as Assistant Coaches.
Luca Gianfrancesco is Head Coach of U15 Eccellenza, assisted by Francesco Salzano. Andrea Bugno is Head Coach of U14 Gold, assisted by Alessandro Pepe.
Athletic preparation
Strength and conditioning is divided between two staff members. Claudio Maddaloni works with U19 Eccellenza and U17 Eccellenza, while Raffaele Bianco works with U15 Eccellenza and U14 Gold.
Coordination with first-team departments
The youth teams will be supported by Basketball Operations, led by General Manager James Laughlin and Sporting Director Francesco Cavaliere, and by the Performance and Medical Staff coordinated by Dr. Beniamino Casillo.
