Napoli Women Basketball earned another preseason win over Salerno Basket '92, taking their second friendly matchup 83-56 in Salerno.
Napoli set the tone early and stayed in control throughout. The visitors led 24-13 after the first quarter, extended the advantage to 46-33 by halftime, and carried a 63-46 lead into the final period before closing out the 27-point victory.
The result is a useful early marker because Salerno Basket '92 play in the same Italian Women's Serie A2 group as Napoli, making the game a direct test against a league opponent.
Chiovato led Napoli with 16 points, followed by Ovner with 15. Gesuele did not play, while Polish player Kosla returned to the court for Napoli.
