What would stay the same
The hospital in Vico Equense would continue to operate as a Punto di Primo Intervento, not as a DEA di I livello. That means it would not resume the functions of a general pronto soccorso.
For more serious cases, a medicalized ambulance should remain available for transfer to specialized hospitals.
