A minor was lightly struck by a car in Montemiletto shortly after getting off a bus, according to a report from IrpiniaNews.
The incident occurred near the municipal villa. The injured person was a local minor who had just left the bus when the impact happened.
The driver, also a resident of Montemiletto, stopped immediately to provide assistance.
The local Carabinieri carried out checks at the scene to reconstruct what happened. Medical personnel from 118 in Atripalda also attended.
The minor was then taken to the emergency department of Moscati Hospital in Avellino for examinations. The report does not give the minor's age or further details on the medical outcome.
