Naples has said goodbye to Francesco Tedesco, the Neapolitan journalist and longtime ANSA collaborator who died at the age of 53 after an incurable illness.
His funeral was held at the Church of the Sacred Heart on Via Scala in Naples. The church was crowded with colleagues, friends, relatives and local institutional representatives who gathered to pay their respects.
Among the mourners were his mother Carmen, his brother Gianluca, his former wife Alice and his daughter Sara. Mayor Gaetano Manfredi attended, alongside municipal assessors.
Friends commemorated Tedesco with a collage of photographs and the words: "Per tutte le giornate, per tutte le serate, per tutte le risate."
