Carabinieri from the Casavatore station reported two people following a series of local checks, according to Il Mattino.
A 44-year-old man already under house arrest was reportedly found outside his own restriction setting while installing shutters at the home of another detainee who was also under house arrest. The 44-year-old was reported for alleged evasion.
In the same operation, a 56-year-old man was reportedly found on Via San Pietro with 32 doses of cocaine allegedly prepared for sale. He was reported for alleged possession of drugs intended for dealing.
The checks reportedly identified 82 people and inspected 43 vehicles. Nine vehicles were seized, with two placed under administrative impoundment.
Neither man was identified by name in the report, and no subsequent judicial outcome was provided.
