The Naples Police Headquarters ordered stepped-up anti-movida checks in the Vomero district to intensify territorial control in the city's nightlife areas.

The operation was carried out by the Polizia di Stato together with the Guardia di finanza, the Polizia locale and personnel from ASL Napoli.

Checks focused on San Martino, Piazza Vanvitelli, Piazza Medaglie d'Oro, and Via Giordano, Via Scarlatti and Via Falcone.

During the operation, officers identified 42 people, four of whom had prior police records. Officers also checked 6 vehicles and issued 13 violations under the Italian Highway Code, with administrative immobilization imposed in two cases.

Nine commercial businesses were inspected, resulting in 13 significant violations. Two establishments were sanctioned for fiscal irregularities: failure to carry out the periodic verification of the cash register, and failure to maintain the fiscal meter with failure to install the telematic recorder.
