The Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli stays open late on Thursday 15 and Thursday 22 October 2026 for two more MANNight evenings, pairing the archaeological collections with contemporary performances, music, dance and DJ sets.

The museum remains open until 23:30, with last entry at 22:30. From 19:00, the evening ticket costs €10, subject to the exemptions and conditions stated for the event.

What to expect

The wider MANNight programme brings archaeology together with contemporary artistic languages, including music, dance, multimedia installations, tableaux vivants, body painting, interactive performances and DJ sets.

For 15 October, the reported programme includes "Ritratto/i" by Mario Schiano, bodypainting by Weronique Art, the interactive work Hoop by cosadelfuturo, and a DJ set by Delphi, curated by Soul Express Collective.

The project was developed by the MANN with Casa del Contemporaneo and La Santissima Community Hub.

A late opening aimed at evening visitors

Il Mattino reports more than 1,600 attendances at the preceding Thursday event and says younger visitors represented more than half of the audience.

The complete timetable for each performance, and any differences between the programmes on 15 and 22 October, were not independently confirmed in the retrieved sources, so visitors should check the museum's official event information before going.

Also on view: "Siamo un'opera d'arte @MANN"

During the evenings, visitors can also see the exhibition "Siamo un'opera d'arte @MANN. Oltre il punto di vista", produced with FAIS and the Istituto Nazionale Tumori IRCCS Fondazione G. Pascale di Napoli.
